If you're an executive facing a high-stakes AI decision and you need a clear-eyed outside perspective — not a vendor pitch, not a consulting engagement — this is the right first step.

If you're facing a high-stakes AI decision but aren't ready to book and pay, send the one-line topic below. I'll read every intake request and reply within one business day with a scheduling link — or an honest no.
About the intake path
Will I be pressured to book?
No. This is the intake path for people who want to confirm fit before paying. If it isn't the right move for your situation, you'll hear that in the reply — no follow-up sequence, no sales pressure.
How fast will Jeremy respond?
Within one business day. Either way — fit or not — you'll get a direct reply. If I can't match within that window, you'll get an honest note about when I can.
What if my topic shifts before we meet?
Reply to the confirmation email with the updated frame. The point of the session is the actual decision, not the one-line summary you sent in. Precision on the day of the session is what makes it useful.
What this is
Most executives don't need a 12-week engagement. They need 60 minutes with someone who's been inside the decisions they're wrestling with — and has no interest in selling them anything.
That's what this is. One conversation. I listen to the decision, ask the questions you haven't been asked yet, and we spend the rest of the hour on the frame — not the outcome I'm hoping for.
You bring the decision. I bring 20+ years of AI governance, risk management, and operating model work across Fortune 500 and public-sector organizations.
What you walk away with
What this is not
Not a sales call. I'm not going to spend the hour telling you about my programs. If a longer engagement makes sense, you'll know why by the end of our conversation — because we'll have worked through something real together.
Not a general AI briefing. I'm not here to explain what a large language model is or recap the AI landscape. Bring a specific decision: a vendor you're evaluating, a governance structure you're building, a risk you can't get agreement on.
Not implementation advice. If you need someone to build your AI infrastructure, I can point you in the right direction. But that's not what this is.
Common questions
How does scheduling work?
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a scheduling link to pick a time that works. Sessions are held via video call.
What should I bring to the session?
One specific decision. Not a general situation — the actual fork in the road you're at. The more precise, the more useful the session will be. You'll be asked to share a paragraph of context before we meet.
What if I need more than 60 minutes?
If the session surfaces something that warrants a deeper engagement, I'll tell you what that would look like and whether I think it's the right call. There's no pressure. Most executives leave with enough to move forward.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Our conversation stays between us. I don't reference client organizations or decisions — not publicly, not in case studies, not anywhere.
What's your refund policy?
If you need to cancel before we've scheduled a time, reach out to Jeremy@jeremycombs.us and we'll work it out. Once the session has been held, no refund is offered — but the deliverable will still be sent.
I'm not sure this is the right fit.
If you're unsure, email Jeremy@jeremycombs.us with a sentence on what you're wrestling with. I'll tell you honestly whether a strategy session is the right move or whether a different path makes more sense.
